Nov 14 2004 wingman to Fravor; visual contact 8-10 sec of white oblong object over water disturbance ~140 nm SW of San Diego. Provided independent corroboration of object's existence with documented inter-witness inconsistencies on duration/movement/shape detail.

After the sighting

Year-long Ghazni PRT reconstruction engineer deployment. Naval Science instructor DC consortium. Military Professor USNA Leadership/Ethics/Law ~7 yrs. Retired ~2021 (20-yr career). Adjunct + Scholar in Residence CU Boulder College of Engineering since 2022. Enigma Labs uncompensated advisor. First public appearance 60 Minutes May 16 2021. MUFON 2026 keynote scheduled.
