NO UAP CONNECTION in authentic record. Named in Majestic 12 documents (surfaced 1984 via anonymously-mailed undeveloped film to Jaime Shandera's mailbox) as charter member of alleged Truman 1947 committee on recovered ET material.
After the sighting
Died 1974 — TEN YEARS BEFORE the MJ-12 documents appeared. Cannot have authored them.

RECOMMENDED FOR EXCLUSION FROM WITNESS TABLE. Bush is NOT a UAP witness in any sense. Name in corpus = retrospective forgery. Score 1/10 floor (not 0) acknowledges MJ-12 papers are themselves a genuine artifact of UFO HOAX history worth cataloging — but mixing them into witness credibility scoring would corrupt the rubric.
