Narrative

AARO discusses the alleged 'Estimate of the Situation' report drafted by Project SIGN staff in late July 1948, which reportedly concluded UFOs were 'interplanetary' in origin. USAF Chief of Staff General Hoyt S. Vandenberg rejected the report as lacking proof, and per Ruppelt nearly all copies were destroyed.
