Narrative

Radio broadcaster Frank Edwards claimed in a 1966 book that a USN jet fired on a two-foot glowing disc near Washington D.C. in summer 1952, dislodging a fragment recovered by a ground team; he also claimed the USG loaned UFO fragments to Canada and that Vannevar Bush led study of them. The Condon panel found the claims to be false.
